UK DELIVERIES

You will be notified as soon as your order is dispatched. All parcels will be sent well packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Standard Delivery is £4 First Class Royal Mail (up to 3 working days from dispatch date). 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

We can now send orders internationally and all shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on your location.

CLOTHING ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is between 10-14 days as items are currently made to order.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.

All return postage is payable by the customer and subject to conditions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

We do want you to be happy with your purchase, so if it arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us straight away and we will do our best to help! 

Please note we do not accept returns of personalised products.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your original product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange item will be processed, and a replacement product will be posted out to you. Please be aware this may take up to two weeks due to the clothing print timeframe however we always try to reduce this timeframe as best as we can.
